When we renovated this waterfront home, we gave it a complete facelift by adding space to the front of the house – giving new dimension to its original flat front. With new high-efficiency windows and insulation, the home is now a sustainable beauty.

Our clients wanted more space, more light, and a new look for their waterfront home – so we added a double gable roof and front portico – a beautiful design, built sustainably.

Fiscal sustainability in architecture is not about cutting corners or chasing construction deals. It is about designing a home that performs as a well-considered asset - one that controls risk, minimizes waste, and preserves value over decades.

Straight lines mix with curves at our Modern Treehouse. The large deck follows the rhythm of an expansive curtain wall – which lets light into the home – from floor to ceiling.

Sunshine floods the kitchen at our aptly-named Light-Filled Beach House. Triple-pane windows and doors let the light in but keep winter’s chill and summer’s heat out.
