One of the best things for the health of our justice system would be if this case were thrown out citing DOJ’s naked bias in this case.

I agree that Elon has almost certainly stolen Americans’ personal data. But I think he was certainly looking for fraud, if for no other reason than that finding significant fraud would help mask his plunder. He didn’t find massive fraud because there is no massive fraud.
