Dumb headcanon idea when I was making the splinter scheme for the VX-23 was that K-9's versions were the slightly more flashy preproduction models.
Probably not acceptable irl and it's firmly on mecha anime logic but whatever.

Done for the Morgan modelswap that sadly hasn't been recooked for PW's newer engine. The paintscheme itself is probably like 80% complete since I haven't bothered to paint the underbody blue as well.
