When my child was little, I always believed this. If something was awry + I didn’t/couldn’t figure it out, just call the doctor. If no big deal, a sigh of relief. If something, doc would take care of it. Unfortunately, I don’t follow the rule myself + often find myself at the weekend in a pickle.

I can beat that. My jars of lovely chocolate from allosimonne in Quebec, have been held by U.S. Customs for weeks now. I am out a lot of money but can’t get answers from anyone!

I have to second the Canon Pixma. Ours is over 5 years old and works like the day we bought it. It guzzles no more ink than other printers, especially a HP we had that really did think ink was water.

Think we’ve been a that road. Stayed in Ullapool on a trip to Scotland and took a look at the map and was intrigued by the little roads. It was an adventure for sure, having been used to roads in the U.S. lovely, lovely country!

Excellent book and easily overlooked. It might seem like a boring history book to some, but it is riveting. And disturbing. And should be required reading.
