Barney Fife is reincarnated in 2025. Officer Caleb Bodjanac attempts to murder 36-year-old Corey Phillips for the crime of walking near a cop. He fires 15 shots from 10 feet away and hits Phillips TWICE. Luckily, the victim survived. No weapon was recovered from the scene.
