I came across an account on Insta (_yourbasicdad) that had TONS of easy recipes. I made this cold chicken and cucumber because it’s still hot out.

For the leftover cucumber, I used a “spicy” peanut sauce. “Spicy” because I used only a little bit of gochujang in the sauce.

My friend is getting out there on the dating apps and it’s been okay, so I was thinking maybe possibly I could try — and then spiraled into horrible, heartburn-inducing anxiety 😅😅
So, unless I find a sympathetic matchmaker auntie/fairy godmother, I guess it’s still the single life for me 🙃
