Civil actions do NOT CREATE LAW. Statutes ARE primary law, created by elected legislatures, and courts must follow them unless they’re unconstitutional. Civil action rulings are SECONDARY to statutes—they interpret and apply statutes to specific cases but cannot override or replace them.

Just what is the penalty for rape and for what penalty levied on a woman getting an abortion as a consequence of rape compared to the consequence of the fucking CHILD who was dismembered in the mother's womb.
