TWSBI Eco is such good value and writing experience, superior to Lamy Safari and Pilot Metropolitan imo. TWSBI Vac Mini is one of my favorites (much better feel on the grip area than the Vac 700, less step off) Pilot Custom 823 is my personal favorite so far.

That’s a generous way of looking at it and I agree that there can be boundaries at work. I’m especially surprised in this case about a boundary that specifically limits a central task of their job!

Agreed. It would be strange for one’s therapy-associated boundaries to be substantially contrary to the most essential tasks of one’s job. I could understand many other beneficial boundaries.

Finding my favorite pen + nib + ink + paper combo is a fun journey. maybe you would like it too! Thoughts: fine or extra fine nibs (and those with drier feeds based on reviews, avoid “wet” nibs/feeds or “gushers”) and seek forgiving paper (Tomoe river, Leuchtturm) rather than glossy (Rhodia).
