I think a lot of folks would appreciate a little something-something for their loyalty. Might reduce the amount of folks who cancel and subscribe again. I saw someone just yesterday posting about doing this with some premium plugins. Mixed feelings on that approach.

I can't wait for this. It will make such a big difference with how we provide support and engage with our enterprise users.
