By retreating only to "kitchen table issues" to avoid being labeled "woke," Democratic leaders have left an open goal for the GOP. When you treat the harassment of vulnerable communities as a "distraction" rather than a crisis, you're not avoiding a fight: you're just forfeiting it.

When Biden gave a primetime speech about the MAGA threat to democracy in September 2022, only CNN and MSNBC aired it. All the major networks that aired Trump's nonsense a few weeks ago felt Biden's speech would be too political and aired game shows and reruns instead. Fox News ignored it.

The thing that occurred to me is that so many spend their days on social media behaving like an unpaid PR flak for Jeffrey Epstein's best friend, who also happens to be president. You would think that they'd at least get paid well!
