I think POD is likely your only option…unless you want to inventory a ton of author copies and handle shipping, etc. I think lost platforms are l POD as their standard at this point

Yes they have a 7 year contract for exclusive distribution of the audiobook if you use the royalty share program…

To this point I’ve paid all my publishing vendors a flat rate except the two narrators for my audio books. ACX has a royalty share option they administer for that service. But I don’t have contributors to the writing, so may not be answering your question full scope.

I spent several weekends scouring the voice artist samples on ACX to eventually find Ron and Jacob Castellon to narrate my books. When I came across Ron’s samples of reading Vonnegut I was certain he would be perfect for Daffodil…not just because of Ron’s work but because I’m a huge Vonnegut fan.
