I knew what I was in for once I saw I was facing Quintessence. Their Inkling is effing insane. I first fought them 3 years ago at Dualcon and I only managed to take one of their stocks total in both rounds.
This time, I took 3. So yeah, I'll take that little victory 🙌

Over 20 years later and this area still mesmerizes me. The waterfalls going in reverse, the different colors of the sky and the clouds, and, of course, the view of the castle itself before you attempt to make your way through it.

I think this is the 5th or 6th time I've beaten Chrono Trigger to get Ending #1, but it's my first time on Steam. I can respect the new script, but there's still that charm from the pre-DS versions which I also miss like the Middle Ages' ye olde English.
