A perfect sequel. Absolutely ridiculous in all ways. The T-1000 is so scary. The only thing that is stupid is the police computer says John is 10. He's at least 13. And that he can survive more than a minute playing afterburner in the motion cabinet.

After my probably fiftieth watch of this movie, what can't be said about this movie?? It's nigh untouchable besides the silly time travel shenanigans. Excellent effects, atmosphere, fear, and music! A tech noir classic.

What a beautiful movie. There's no stiff leg and arms outstretched clomping around in this one. The guy they picked to play Frankie was stellar. Really gruesome effects and settings. Streets covered in shit or blood, tower overgrown with plant life and birds, frozen wastes and icy caves, it all leads to a very cold and oppressive atmosphere. Oscar Isaac played the maniac doctor really well. Absolutely unhinged, but not in a IT'S ALIVE way. Mia goth was great as the weirdo female love interest. Christophe waltz played an eccentric weirdo in this movie! Who would have thought!? I really loved all the effects, set, and makeup design. Huge towering structures, gross body horror, and great color design. The way the story is told in two acts is really fun. I highly recommend watching this. Wish I could have caught it in theaters but I was moving so no theater trips for me.

This was really fun. The wrapper segment was very fun and most of the shorts were enjoyable. The first one was really gross and filthy. The second one was interesting in the way it was filmed but it didn't do much for me. The next one, FunSized, that was really great. Really fun characters and a good little story. The electronics store was really twisted and had a satisfying ending. The final segment was a barn burner. Really great effects and story. Overall this is in the top 3 of the VHS franchise. Made me feel icked out, made me laugh out loud, and overall made me entertained. I'm moving out of state in 6 days and this was a great release of some stress. Give this a watch! It's quite funny. And they are not afraid to kill the kids.

This is the first horror movie I watched this month! Start this off with the newest VHS movie!

Just saw demon slayer infinity castle. I had to pee an hour into this THREE HOUR movie. I felt like I was going to die.

Just saw The Long Walk!
My ★★★★ review of The Long Walk on Letterboxd boxd.it/bcjYCt
What an uplifting story and cheery film! Good characters and interesting setting. I wonder if it's set during the 60s or is it a Cuba thing where automotive manufacturing just screeched to a halt in the 50s and all the cars are just kept on life support. Mark Hamill was really great as the major. Judy Greer was also pretty good as a rightfully scared mom. I'm sure most of the actors in this were known actors, but I don't think I've seen any of them in things, which was nice and gave everyone an everyman feeling. I can't imagine what it was like to watch this on a treadmill for that preview, but man what a great idea! A good movie but not a happy fun time joy movie.
