A coach's job is to get the best out of his players. Yelling is important, but not against Latvia. Against Latvia they should be playing free and easy. They're playing afraid. Bad coaching makes pro teams full of adults play poorly.

Please let this be the plan. Trading Bichette or Vladdy would be ridiculous from a team perspective and devastating from a fan perspective. Lots of veterans with which to acquire assets. Likely none of whom will be controlled mid twenties all-stars.
