Imagine if companies opened bounties for individuals outside of the team responsible for creating the product and the team's bonuses were tied to the bounty payout. Smaller bonus for every bounty paid out. Bounties could be finding and/or fixing. 🤔 My gut says quality and accessibility would go up.

It reminds me of my days as a QA Engineer testing Microsoft Office Certification Exams, we had to validate all the ways a test taker could answer the exam questions:

- Mouse only
- Keyboard only
- Right click/context menus only.

This shouldn't just fall to UX or QA, but all team members.
