I see Headlines referring to Trump's tariffs as "Reciprocal" - which is the message Trump gave in his announcement yesterday. They are NOT reciprocal.

Someone should translate all of Economics into the language of Real Estate for certain senior politicians.
For example, suppose there was a taxation-duty imposed on Real Estate Rent. Would the Landlord absorb this, or pass this charge to their tenants?
... Does the originator pay, or the consumer?
