15 years ago me and this boi became soulmates and I can't believe how many lives I've lived with him by my side.

I feel like following @hanvanderhart.bsky.social and their gentle, full persistence on rest, quiet, and poems has really influenced (!) me. I got away for a few days to quiet quiet mountains and no service and read Glück and others and it was good. I can keep being a part of this world now.

I recommend a good hard hike with a good fun friend for these not good times. The body moving, the body exhausted, the body in awe, the body laughing. It revives me, readies me to work my way through.
