Sunburn fades overtime, but please do not come in for a massage session with fresh sunburn. If you get a last-minute sunburn, you’re better off to just reach out. Be honest and reschedule in a few weeks when it feels better with summer here the time is right to remind everybody.

As a reminder, you will need a credit card to hold an appointment, but you will need your physical card to check out. Pain online is no longer an option in advance of the session. This is due to a significant increase in credit card charges when the card is not present at the time of sale.

Saturdays are becoming increasingly busy as return to work mandates cost people to book less sessions during the week weekday hours and weekday evenings. Please book in advance to make sure you get the day and time you want.

Effective this morning, pre-payment is no longer an option for sessions as my credit card processor has drastically increased fees for cards, not in person. Credit cards are still required to hold appointments.

Body workers use a number of tools this happens to be the underside of one of my tables. It has a small bolster and a large bolster, and I also have space for a yoga mat for exercises.
