I think most countries know/knew this however many being not so powerful as the Chinese had/have to take precautions while change is implemented. This I believe is how Canada is handling it. We know his word is meaningless.

I find it amusing that Canada found & exposed his weakness with us right after China did the same, the bully will find it harder to make the deals he wants now. He knows China & Canada are on the verge of a deal and that also pisses him off! He's being shut out and it gets more obvious by the day!

What we can't see in the picture is the giant mirror he is talking to! I would think by now most countries are seeing how irrelevant he is and will be, given making deals with him means doing what he wants. I see more isolation for the US as days pass, as he seems more and more pissed by the day.

Just throwing this out there, pure speculation. What if a certain leader poisoned another leader during a handshake? Like super spy stuff, you know Get Smart type stuff.
