Perhaps Gulf of America is more appropriate. Huge dead zone caused by America. Warming water causing huge storms caused by America. Large oils spills caused by America. Refuse to change anything to fix it or even acknowledge it is real. Sounds like America.

This is absolutely terrible for the state of Wisconsin and the country. We are the only country where this is a recurring problem and the only country who refuses to fix it.
