We make the infusions ourselves here to total volume of 50ml. The label would usually write 16mg/50ml.
The options on the pump will be 4mg/50ml, 8mg/50ml and 16mg/50ml so on. But, the minute dose calculation is always in mcg/kg/min.

Lack of band 5 jobs for newly qualified as the MSM published will have impact too.
