Well update 40 pounds down wow that’s cool seeing this med help so much along with the work I’m doing!! Keep moving had an echo my number for my aorta and valve are almost the same such great news and I’ll be getting a bentall procedure feeling pretty good right now

Felt the purple today new clothing after weight loss. 3 and a half months ago started on ozpemic to get rid of metformin. I am down 25 pounds and my sugars have been super stable. #preppingforopenheartsurgery check back for updates.

Mr.kris is feeling better got him started on some Grizzly supplements hip and joint and some omega after 2 weeks moving so much better.
