All mods are inside 7th heavens built-in catalog system so I'd recommend just downloading them all from there. It's much easier anyway

No matter your PC, it should be totally fine. The mods may look great but it's still a game from 1997 at its core. I'd argue a low end phone could still run it at 60 with one "hand" tied behind its back
