I know how frustrating it's to be in this situation and that someone is using your account or username to affect others, so the best I can do is to warn and prevent cases like these

That's right, their account was hacked but was apparently deleted this morning

There are more accounts that have been affected by the same thing and they tend to send the same message that "they know someone who is impersonating you" (or some other similar message)

This is how the scam works, they usually contact you through a previously hacked account, the message is the same or may vary

I noticed that your previous account had been hacked since they tried to scam me with it, don't worry I knew it wasn't you 🫂

I decided not to respond since I know where this is going, I also decided to close my DMs to stop receiving messages like this one

I already reported your previous account and this account that tried to contact me, I really hope this situation will be resolved as soon as possible 🫂

I show this as I don't want any of you to be affected as I was a victim of a similar scam on Twitter and I learned from that bad experience (and it was a terrible headache)

Please, stay safe out there and don't fall for this type of scams

In case you decide to continue with the conversation whoever is behind the account will ask you to contact a supposed Bluesky support on Discord, of course, that "support" account doesn't exist since it's an account that has been created the same day

Something has caught my attention and that is that it seems that the Twitter scam form arrived here

If someone or an account sends you a DM saying they know someone who is impersonating you DON'T BELIEVE THEM, this is a scam method using a hacked account to get them to do the same thing to you

Update:

I managed to regain access to that account and it's now deactivated, I did it since who used to manage it already caused enough damage so I prefer to start again on the new account I've created

Once again, a huge apology for any inconvenience that account has caused

Hola, no le vayas a responder o a entrar a algún enlace que esa cuenta te llegue a mandar

El modus operandi es que te hablan porque supuestamente "hicieron una denuncia errónea hacía tu perfil y que tienes que apelarla para que no la cierren". Bloquea esa cuenta y repórtala por spam porfas

Ignore the message, don't enter or contact the account of the supposed Twitter support on Discord and report the account

It's necessary that the account is closed by reports so that it doesn't generate problems of this kind anymore
