It's not just a strategy they initiated, the NFL used to have a rule that the offense cannot push their own team's ball carrier. They changed the rule and this is the result. The pats did a QB sneak for years with Brady within the regular rules and it almost always worked, that was strategy.

A rough one for sure, I'm not sure where to improve either, we have great WRs, Bucky's a stud, and defense has kept us competitive. Maybe just fewer INTs and a TE upgrade, maybe HC?

Engineers in my industry typically tend to be wary of Chinese-national engineers. They have been drilled with math skills at the expense of other soft skills and are often seen as one trick ponies. CS may be different though.
