Yep - block granting to the states will help with cutting out the blue states. Some block grants are more equal than others, you know. And it will help with the grift. If states get to decide how their block grants are distributed...well...I'm sure "administrative costs" will be significant.

What reason do we have to think that the idiots in charge care anything at all about our world leading scientific expertise, or whether cancer research gets done? They can buy access to all the care they might need or want. They aren't interested in new vaccine development. They hate expertise.
