Got everything wired up for the AV stitches. 22 inputs!
Could look a little cleaner, but I'm not sure how I want to run the power yet. I think I like this setup but maybe it could use some short patch cables.
Now I just need to finish the software...

My null modem adapters showed up so I can continue with my video switch project!
More importantly I can get rid of this cursed jumper cable null modem I made, that comes loose if you look at it wrong.

I made a coax to ant adapter to test this old b&w RCA TV. It's pretty fuzzy, probably because the adapter has no shielding.
