"Care" facilities with copious amounts of mold and life-saving smoke detectors bypassed in the ductwork because they didn't want to spend money to replace bad ones. I (and any other ethical tech) would always refuse to bypass them, but the next time you came back, someone had. Despicable. 2/2

I was HVAC for 30 years. I've worked in the facilities and I've worked in the owner's homes. The difference between the 2 is stark and infuriating. Homes with 6 garages and secret basement rooms full of guns (one particular instance, granted). 1/2
