I feel disgusting, but I was sat here with a tin of chocolates again, shovelling them in my gob like a fat pig - After a 5 mile walk earlier in the day, which was meant to be the start of being disciplined.

I’m starting to wonder if January is the right month for this 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m so desperately unhappy with how much weight I’ve gained in the last couple of years, but not enough to want to do anything about it. I decided last week that I was going to make radical changes & I’m already making excuses 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️

I’ll be 41 next week & nearly a year into the ‘no fucks given’ & it’s been a revelation. Never thought I would be able to do it, but I’m so much happier - Stick with it, it’ll do wonders for you!

I can’t help thinking people are just jumping on the bandwagon with this now 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️Wouldn’t surprise me if most of them don’t even know the reason why they are doing it. Going out for a couple of hours with a bin bag & a litter picker would be a much better use of time & benefit to the community
