- Donald Trump was 78 years, 7 months, and 6 days old on the day of his second inauguration on January 20, 2025. This made him the oldest person ever to be sworn in as U.S. president, surpassing Joe Biden's record from 2021.

- Biden was 78 years and 61 days old on the day he was sworn in. So no way he could have run.

For the Supreme Court, maybe allow Justices to be 82. Tops. Historically, some die or retire in their 70s and 80s but too many die on the bench well into their late 80s.

It also would have stopped Biden and Trump from running and saved us all this heartache.
A similar constitutional amendment should be adopted in the House and Senate.

So in theory, a 75 year old can be sworn in on their 75th birthday and serve first or second term until they are done. BUT, if they exceed age 75 four years from either inauguration day, they may not run. This will ensure no one is president at 80 or older. Ever.

I came to same conclusion over a decade ago and walked away from an all tuition paid program at a top university. An MBA is not needed. Period.

Trump is the most anti business president ever.

Coal is dead and economically unviable. So this is a political move at the expense of human health.

Both. All dictatorships are a false economy based on theft, support from corporations and very rich, weird health ideas, incompetence, cruelty, and conspiracy theorist influence on the leader.

If this is not an attack from within, what is?
