I mean, half the reason they’re awful is because they’re so unobtrusive! You kind of normalise their existence because “its not like they’re shoving it down my throat”. But someone will fall for it and give Ubisoft money for basically nothing so they keep doing it 🥲

And let’s none of us forget Oblivion’s horse armour. 😌

Assassin’s Creed has been doing this at least since Syndicate. Most of Capcom’s single player games have ‘em. They’re awful
