the endmin is unimpressive but everyone keeps fellating them over basic competence in a way that feels fundamentally patronizing and there are a lot of ways to make that interesting that would require a motivation for writing it that isn't cynical and bottom-line driven

they're never going to recapture the sheer impact of kal'tsit's bottomless hatred for the doctor but i think m3 could end up somewhere close if they commit to her being a freak like that. and I'd love it

fantasizing about m3 being weirdly chipper about the endmin's repeated memory loss to an almost unsettling degree before revealing the long standing grudge she held and being like "truth be told. it makes me happy to see that person's identity slowly dying 💚"

the cynical part of me is like yeah no way do they actually ever mean for endmin to have even implications of being sinister or interesting that way. & obviously she is just Goodguy Protagonist now. but the diamonds are everywhere

i am sorry to say that we were never going to get any kind of coherent ideology from gacha games. we couldn't even get fully dressed and armored women past the first year. you cannot use mudrock as a positive comparative example when she's the only one like that and constantly used in sexy pinups

the endmin is occasionally endearing but mostly lame. so im bringing my own spices.

she knows that someone is waiting for her. after all, priestess knew that oracle would return. someday. surely she feels the same, even now.

watch as her body degrades after numerous hibernations and she loses more and more of herself to the sarcophagus. she sleeps and forgets her old plans, her old ideas, lingering only in habits and faded memories

would priestess start to ally with humanity and work to protect and work with them if it became clear that her vision for originium *wasn't* the only possible solution? she isn't cruel. she isn't spiteful. she considers herself above these things, sure, but it's a means to an ends

all of which are equally doctor and priestess things (you know, mirrors of each other as they are) but there's just so much more juice to it to me if it is her

she controls originium and has a very paternalistic view of humanity as a whole and while the story seems to lean towards her being Generally Good even in history it does at least suggest the idea that the reputation surrounding the endmin as an individual have gotten a little. unsettling
