So, is it still a Brown University problem or does MIT have to take some blame too?

Absolutely!

The idea he thinks the story is Epstein and not that a lot of powerful, rich, white men where in a good old boys club with a man running a sex traffic business and they either participated in it or ignored it. The story is the moral corruption of this class of men, not Epstein.

Equating health insurance to home or car insurance is immoral. Why does he think a person is the same as a home or a car? People who think like this have no humanity.

Republicans are no closer.....
December 15, 2025 at 7:33 PM
I guess these declarations are helpful for purely informational reasons but what are you actually doing to stop this? Your Republican buddies in the senate are going along with this - why don't you start calling them out by name and make them explain why they support this.

7 women came forward, including women on his staff, and accused him of inappropriate behavior. It was not just that one “joke”.
November 20, 2025 at 2:43 PM
So talk to your republican colleagues, and if they don't agree call them out by name. i.e Senator Thune is protecting people associated with a known sex trafficking operation - why would he do that? What rich white men is he providing cover for?
November 17, 2025 at 6:11 PM
If only they would do what needs to be done.
November 16, 2025 at 7:08 PM
So no one in the family can run for office ever? His grandfathers generation served the people in this country well, his mothers generation has mixed reviews. Why immediately slam him because of his ancestry? Learn about him and vote or don't vote for him.
November 12, 2025 at 3:28 PM
Cowards.
November 12, 2025 at 2:01 PM
Does the "party" include Senators, because they have shown time and time again they are more than willing too. That won't change until enough of the good old boys are gone. So the "party" needs to move past them.
November 12, 2025 at 1:59 PM
What's are your particular issues with him?
November 12, 2025 at 1:23 PM
Keep talking though it - that will work.
November 11, 2025 at 6:54 PM
He was against the shut down. The idea he tried to fight the CR or Trump is laughable. He was negotiating with Collins from the start. A guy who made comments about the dangers of seceding purchasing power to Trump earlier, all talk, he's just riding the pine.
November 11, 2025 at 6:52 PM
You are asking party leadership to actually fight propaganda, to coordinate responses, to devise a plan - how silly of you.
November 11, 2025 at 6:45 PM
Democrat leadership is going to let this country fall in hopes enough people will be sufficiently hurt to vote for democrats in November - that is their plan.
November 11, 2025 at 5:52 PM
Stop being so silly ...
November 11, 2025 at 5:48 PM
Schumer has been the leader of senate dems since 2017. He has been unable to create any real resistance to Trump/ Republicans/fascism during this period. He is incapable of stepping away from "old time politics", similar to Biden. It's time for leadership that reflect reality of the day.
November 11, 2025 at 3:58 PM
They need the Senator who is best at presenting information to the public, appears to be authentic, willing to fight. Warnock? Schatz and Murphy are a lot of talk. Until the pre-Trump folks are gone the party is going to continue to self implode, to many of them are unwilling to meet the moment.
November 11, 2025 at 2:42 PM
Collins, who voted to save ACA in 2017 is now the person negotiating to open government so that the ACA will be destroyed. If she had any principals she would have joined the Dems and put pressure on Rep. Alas, the boys will let her vote against it if they have enough votes to pass it.
November 11, 2025 at 2:29 PM
So Kaine theoretically took care of his own and threw the rest of the county under the bus? His demand was republicans stop doing "mischief" (illegal firings)? Wow, so republicans just have to do some "mischief" as leverage and agree to undue it and he will fold.
November 11, 2025 at 2:23 PM
For what purpose, seriously.
November 11, 2025 at 2:10 AM
So people have to suffer for 15 months in the hopes democrats win both houses? That’s the plan?
November 11, 2025 at 2:08 AM
She’s living in a senate gone by. It’s rather pathetic to witness.
