for reference the hierarchy is:

1. 1st person
2. 2nd person
3. 3rd person animate
4. 3rd person semi-animate & instrument
5. 3rd person inanimate
6. possessed nouns

if you want to raise someome above you (ex 2nd -> 1st) you use the politness marker and that triggers the inverse

you can combine a single negative with -va (without) to make more poetic sentances.

“you all don’t live without nestmates”

in theory, you can use both (double negative) and it’s grammatically correct, I just can’t think of an example

m should be n**

phono: l̪̟un.ac.d̪̟aid.an.an saŋ.d̪̟aid.a t̪̟al̪̟.an.oŋg

if that was confusing, the -a (past marker) isnt needed because its implied lexically

and finally some external sandhi:

/s/ → [tʃ] / __ {θ̟, ð̟}

ex.
tas θ̟at → [tatʃ.at]
November 9, 2025 at 2:40 PM
Metathesis of /s/ clusters:

/sθ̟, sð̟/ → [θ̟s, ð̟z]

tas.θ̟at → [taθ̟.sat]

& click nasalization:

ᵏǂ -> ᵑǂ before [ĩ ẽ õ ũ]
November 9, 2025 at 2:39 PM
a more complex example:

the /n/ before any consonant nasalizes the prior vowel and /n/
is deleted

ex. Tan.θ̟at → [tãθ̟.at]

except:
/n̪̟/ → [ŋ] / __ {c, ɟ}

ex.
tan.ɟat → [taŋ.ɟat]
tan.cat → [taɲ.cat]

(ignore if the above created a link, i hate bsky sometimes)

to start, heres an example in click consonants:

[nk] -> ᶰ̥ʞ
[tc] -> ᵏǂ

ex.
Sun (flower) + Ke (to live) -> sũ.ᶰ̥ʞe
