Hahaha same here! The ladder has been a slog this season. To be honest I think it’s actually pretty well positioned. SuGi on 4 really messes with all the Move decks trying to Cloak or Hellion on 5 and the rocks making a torch draw less likely is the cherry on top

You played it in a meta where people knew to expect it and still climbed! Sounds like you knew your snap conditions and when to retreat 😎

I’ve SKed myself in my own move deck before my messing up my Sparky line so I totally get that 😂 I remember seeing you post a month or so ago about climbing into the top 1k players so there is no doubt you’re skilled. Sometimes it’s just avoiding the tilt and living to see another day

Yesterday was very frustrating but I tried to note what went wrong, how could I have used the cards in my hand better, etc. Today went much better as a result!

I would go a bit further if I thought there was some potential! For example here are my stats from Phoenix Force yesterday vs today. I’ve never played the deck myself but I do enjoy watching Jeet play with it so I wanted to give it a shot.

I think it’s tough to learn a new deck on the ladder and go positive with it immediately, especially this early in the season when opponents are retreating and snapping well to get to infinite while you’re still figuring out snap conditions. Stick with it and you’ll get those cubes back

SK stole 8 cubes in R1 and Rogue stole them in R4.

R4 was a bad stay by the opponent - I didn't snap until after Rogue won the 50/50 with Iron Man and Ravonna on T5.
