It reminds me of those anecdotal stories of people asking for the vaccine while dying of COVID. Vaccines are extremely effective before infection. It won’t do much once you have the measles.

I work in public health. We watched the confirmation hearing for RFK on silent in the background. I have a fellow assigned me (young lady, late 20’s). I asked her if she ever heard him speak, and if not, she won’t believe the way he sounds. She hadn’t, but had a visceral WTF when we turned it up.
