Pink Floyd tribute show?
Dunno if you’ve ever seen The Birthday Boys, a tragically short-lived IFC sketch comedy show, but now that you’ve brought the book of the same name to my attention it seems like they’d be down. (They also did a sketch where characters were named after polar explorers so it can’t be a coincidence).
