Yes. Scooter is proof that they aren’t all super protective. He’s 5 pounds and loves everyone, especially kids and strangers. Chihuahuas are the best.

I’m reading this book and I think that maybe Hayes isn’t quite the right guy to write it. The first 50 pages could have been, like, 3.

So far this book is incredibly good and full of rich detail and (oddly) suspense, but it isn’t making me like Carver very much
