Held my attention for 30 hours. Which is more than most Nintendo games for me. Not something I'd say is GOTY but worthy of a nomination. Far from a disappointment.

Netanyahu & the actions of Israel towards Gaza have re-written the political rules around support for Israel. Mamdani is just a beneficiary of this new paradigm. Frankly, it has been a long time coming. Our blind support for Israel even after the previous Netanyahu era was contentious.

Prices seem more out of control than ever. There's a direct correlation to Trump polices too. His tariffs & his targeting of undocumented immigrants who are a large part of our farm industry workforce.
Then there's also AI driving up the cost of chips & RAM.
