Planes isn't pixar iirc
February 3, 2025 at 1:13 PM
Huh that's funny, they both did it on their debut to the same player
February 3, 2025 at 1:12 PM
Sure you're not mixing him up with Jankowitz?
February 3, 2025 at 12:48 PM
Not much we can do as he's in his last year of his deal. He can't be played because he's not good enough (like our 8th choice in his position) but wants first team minutes
February 3, 2025 at 8:37 AM
I really don't feel like he did. We signed him as a 4th choice "one for the future" when very young, played him out of position too early, pissed him off and then he left

I think I'd still rather a front line of Archer Paul and Fernandes with Les and Downes behind them.

Don't think you can really blame him, Roma were an absolute state
December 20, 2024 at 8:25 PM
Wouldn't say it was too big for him, more like too much of a shit show. He walked into an absolute fire

English league is a lot more challenging tbf

To be honest the assumptions aren't necessary. Arma ran onto a cross from an offside position therefore he's off even if the cross ended up going behind him. I was mainly trying to justify why that rule exists.

What's the PGMOL statement? Didn't see it
November 29, 2024 at 10:50 PM
Probably Alex. I think Lumley got away with a few very dangerous balls out. Macca wasn't necessarily worse than Lumley, Liverpool just had forwards who were more able to punish his cock ups
November 29, 2024 at 10:42 PM
Yeah that's the frustrating thing, Arma didn't need to do it
November 29, 2024 at 10:39 PM
I think it was the run itself rather than the leg flick. The run drew the defender to challenge with Arma and drew the keeper to stay near post rather than moving across his goal
November 29, 2024 at 10:39 PM
I think if there was no player running in near post he probably would have moved tbh. You can't know but unfortunately by the rules of the game Arma was off. Bullshit we didn't get the same call vs Arsenal though
November 29, 2024 at 10:38 PM
The one against wolves was a travesty. Today's was correct, unfortunately
November 29, 2024 at 10:21 PM
It's more the keeper moved to the near post as AA made a run to there
November 29, 2024 at 10:20 PM
Realistically they kept on about the flicked leg but it was the run that did it. He ran in on the cross which influenced both the keeper and the defender. It's a real shame but by the rules of the game it was pretty cut and dry
November 29, 2024 at 10:19 PM
Hate to say it, but VAR was right this time
