I didn't say anything about incomplete games, I said "full experience" including complete games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Also $40 is a decent price for Games, and I said $50. If you have an issue, how much do you think games should cost?

No game should be more than $50 personally. If your game is good and sell well, you'll make the money back. Games costing $60+ then you needing another $10 - $30 for DLC to have the full experience has always been insane, that's why some people wait to get games and/or DLCs years later for cheap.
