also you can just skip that step entirely by resolving the handle to a did (docs.bsky.app/docs/api/com...) and then fetch the did doc which includes the PDS url (docs.bsky.app/docs/api/com...)

also contrary to the documentation `com.atproto.identity.resolveIdentity` does not exist/function

yeah it seems like that api internally just registers the device to expo's push notification service so i think (?) no third party apps can use it

somehow link the user's bluesky to their matrix or use the same DID (once matrix switches to DIDs) and add to client and then done!
