Really, Jurassic World fills the role of a finale movie nicely if you want to think about it actually. The dream and dangers of Jurassic Park fully realized, with clearly distinct endings for the humans and dinosaurs, and each being safely out of reach of the other.

-Of course with how some people think of World I'm sure plenty wouldn't mind that lmao. That, and there's also a few implications with Rebirth being the finale (The entirety of paleontology going belly up is a crazy implication) that make it not work out quite as nicely-

A nice way to read the ending I never thought of actually, and it could be a nice send off. Though it does leave a slight sour taste in my mouth in this scenario that the finale to the series would be it essentially undoing the last decade of the franchise's development-
