Youre correct. IIRC it was after Tyrion went overseas is when it just really started to fall apart. It was decent but just not as good. Towards the end of 5 it was getting really bad with many characters doing dumb things and going against what they've been built up to be.

I honestly don't think anyone will be able to fill that gap he'll create in the Republican party, once he does kick it.
