I think one of the perks of the new one is that you get a whole bunch of b/w film simulations (they’re not called that, I know). The ones in the regular IV are nice, so I bet the ones in the b/w will be too.

yeah, instead of the ND filter in the regular model (read somewhere that the red filter also cuts two stops)

Well aware that these devices bringing me so much joy is just nostalgia. OTOH, it sure is nice that there's no grifts involved and that nobody is trying to push subscriptions and ads through them.
