Just attempted two ISEs with Upper-End high-level DPSers, Spencer, Kenobi, Myself, Darthon, and Michii, and misfires & rubberbanding still occurred.

Also, for the Veteran vs Newbie, spawn protection would also go a long way. I dropped something in the reporting channel on the new STO discord for spawn protection ideas. It already exists from what I can tell but needs to be applied with the right points. That and Endeavor changes would be great.

I will add that it will address quite a bit of the vet vs newbie concerns. Right now, a lot of people don't even start playing simply because it takes too long to make the difference disappear, so they never get started.

I would love this, either an option to turn them off, or set to be the maximum would be best. I know some people who grinded them would not be thrilled (even if I disagree with them, and many who did grind them also wouldn't mind), but personally I would love this and think it's very much needed!

Alright I think that answers the question, I have a theory regarding a bug and a possible solution, but I need to gather quite a bit more data and that at least gives me some of the basics to work with. If I can get supporting data I'll send something over. Thx again.

I will say I feel like New Romulus was a missed opportunity as a Battlezone. Would be really cool to have some more diplomacy mini-missions or more anti-tal shiar mini missions there. But that might be a bit too much. Something which is optional but requires thought would fit in with the rom theme.
