It was also full of people sniffling and coughing, so if I wake up sick, it definitely traces back to that store. Possibly the toddler in front of me who coughed right in my face over his dad's shoulder. 😬

Buddy, you don't even know. I have vertigo for years at a time. Just to varying degrees. I don't remember the last time I DIDN'T have it.

Oddly, this is the kind of exercise they had me do at PT in the spring and I didn't feel much of anything then. I guess a) I've gotten worse again and b) it's all in the tilt of the head. I was looking straight up and down at PT.
