I lost most of my outdoor ones last year - was getting ready to pick green ones for the windowsill and blight got them literally a couple of days before I planned to pick. Under cover were fine until eventually blight took the later ones

Bags and the rest in the ground. Earlier they go in the better as blight gets late planters (outside especially). Under cover will be safer. Use feed and decent compost.

Grow from seed as much much cheaper. Sow lots (you can always give them away as everyone loves a tomato plant). Start early on window ledge before potting on in greenhouse (my first ones were down a month ago and went into the greenhouse two weeks ago). Plant some in the greenhouse, some in pots/

Agreed - it’s been very slow!

I’ve only got to episode 4 so far. But my eldest watched two of them with me and enjoyed getting a couple of questions I didn’t!

I’ll need to start using Bluesky more but still seems much more active on twitter and a lot less of the crap that had littered it in the last couple of years

On twitter I usually only look at the timeline if people I follow so haven’t tended to see too much of the crap
