I agree. That’s why I say this whole mess needs to happen. Truth be told, I’m not all inclined to join any revolution. I honestly have no faith in humans as a species, so I’m not throwing myself under any buses for it. My only point is, don’t bitch about something you’re not willing to fix.

Assuming I’m kind to myself shows you don’t know me. I understand my role and hold myself accountable. If I’m not kind to others, it’s because I don’t see that accountability in them. There are rare exceptions, but overall I find humanity lacking.

Also, for the sake of clarity, I wasn’t suggesting that it’s as simple as a game of Pac-Man. I mean it’s simple in terms of a cultural context. I’m no military strategist, but I’m also not blind to the fact that literally everyone in the world hates us right now: We The People have allies.

Age is not the problem. Being out of touch with the times is. We are designed to advance, to progress. Holding on to antiquated ideologies does nothing but break us down. There is a big difference between having a healthy respect for tradition and rigidly clinging to an outdated status quo.
