Very hard spot to be in

Been in therapy for nearly 4 years with the same counselor nearly weekly, made almost no "progress" (which is really just getting out of my head) until this past year after starting Adderall

It's very hard carrying a lot of heavy things with little to no support structure

They seem dope

I desperately crave 4 day work weeks for this very reason

For me streams I watch fall into two categories

- Friend/Streamer is playing a game I'm interested in and their having fun

- Stream is basically a comedy type of entertainment

I don't really care for engagement, it more often than not feels so forced and icky to me

I catch your streams more often than not, just not really a chatter

I'm likely in the minority but I like watching lower-viewer streamers, especially friends, even if their 95% of the time quiet

I've felt it's easier if you try to forget you're even streaming, but maybe that's just me

Routinely experience this after getting into Homelabbing

I've picked a new recent preferred name that has some stick to it, but there's a fuzzy disconnect still there

Some of the unknowns like Adobe product compatability or Unity Editor compatibility make me hesitate though

I have started to piece-together that WFH is something that needs to be managed / balanced, otherwise it starts to have a negative affect overall mentally.

It gets easier to stay shut-in, and it's harder to relax because your brain thinks it's work-time.

I have episodes where I can only game from the couch, or outright cannot be at my desk or in my office during the weekends.

Changing up my office or switching to only my laptop and gay-lounging around the apartment helps.

Yes, there's a major lack of empathy. Not too long ago though gays and queers were still seen as less human. Not too long ago blacks and hispanics were segregated.

It's slow, and sometimes there's bumps, but as a human race we are trending upwards.
